When are we open?
We are a family friendly company with what some may see as unusual office hours.
We are open:
09:30 to 15:00 on Monday to Thursday
09:30 to 12:00 on Friday.
We are closed on Saturdays,
Sundays and Bank Holidays.

How to find us |
No Call Centres - During business hours, a member of our staff
will usually answer your telephone call within five rings.
If we are unable to answer your call personally, we will usually call-back within the
hour. In exceptional circumstances e.g. if we have not responded within the hour, please
email your enquiry to Customer
